From USA！ RCM-500 KATANA （Part-4）

ラスベガス在住の Mr．Diazからお預かりした、ＧＳＸ１０００Ｓカタナ

（Ｐａｒｔ‐４）です！

This is GSX1000S Katana (Part-4) shipped from Mr. A Diaz in Las Vegas!

 

 

更新がだいぶ ご無沙汰になっていた、ＲＣＭ‐５００ カタナ・・・

RCM-500 Katana …Model update has not been implemented for a long time.

 

エンジンをガンコート塗装に出す前に 破損したネジ穴や折れたフィンの

修正を行っておきます。

Will fix damaged screw holes and broken fins before putting the engine into Gun-Kote painting.

 

溶接で肉盛りし 成形して終了 ♪

Weld overlay by welding and finish molding. ♪

 

古いオートバイではよくある事なんですが、きちんと直せば元通り！

As is often the case with older motorcycles, but if you fix it properly, it will be restored as it was!

 

これでエンジンをガンコート塗装に出せるので、いよいよフレームを

着手する事に！

Now that the engine is ready for Gun-Kote painting, it’s time to start the frame!

 

大掛かりなのはシートレールの加工で、たぶん大変です（苦笑）

The biggest issue is the processing of the seat rail, which is probably tough (a bitter laugh)

 

タンクはビーター製のアルミタンクを使用。

The tank uses an aluminum tank made by the Beater.

 

全体像が見えないと進まないので、まずはタンクを載せて・・・

Since you can’t proceed without seeing the whole picture, first put a tank …

 

最も大掛かりな加工が必要になるであろうシングルシートを、暫定ですが

載せてみました！

First of all, we tried to put the single sheet that would need the most processing!

 

まだ大体のシルエットしか見えませんが カッコよくなりそうな予感！

We can only see a rough silhouette yet, but it feel like becoming really cool!
