イギリスからの依頼！ ＲＣＭ‐５１３ Ｚ１ （Part-3）

Hello Everyone! I am Nakamura, representative director of Sanctuary’s headquarters.

 

 

イギリスのTonyから 製作の依頼を頂いた、ＲＣＭ‐５１３ Ｚ‐１

（Ｐａｒｔ‐３）です！

This is RCM-513 Z1 (Part-3) requested by Tony in the UK!

 

 

前回作業していた、リアサスレイダウンの精密加工が完了。

The precision work to change the location of the rear suspension we have worked last time is completed.  

 

リアタイヤを180サイズへ変更するのに伴い ドライブチェーンの軌道を

23mmオフセットするのですが、チェーンとフレームの内側が干渉して

しまう為、軌道を加工して設けました。

The track of the drive chain needs to be relocated to the outside by 23mm in order to accommodate the larger size rear tire of 180 size.  Since the chain and the interior of the frame interfere with each other, we had to give additional work to secure the track.  

 

これにてフレームへの加工が全て終了！

Now, the frame is completed!

 

担当メカの湯浅、がんばりましたね～！

Yuasa, the mechanic responsible for the work, worked hard on this!

 

サンクチュアリーオリジナルのフレーム補強と加工は、高い精度と

性能を誇る 優れた施工ですよ！

The original frame reinforcement and alteration works of Sanctuary are excellent technique with great precision!

 

 

 

しばらくしてフレームがパウダーコーティングされ 戻って来ました。

The frame is powder-coated and sent back to us after a while.

 

旧い塗装や錆が落とされ、すっかりきれいに生まれ変わっています♪

The old paint and rust are all gone, and it is like brand-new again ♪

 

私達は “魂の注入” と呼んでいる、ＲＣＭシリアルナンバープレートを

打ち付けて・・・

Fixing the serial number plate, which we call as the “injection of the soul” process, 

 

これで 正真正銘のＲＣＭ！

the genuine RCM is born now!

 

 

 

まだ一部のパーツは仮りですが、前後シャシーパーツを組み立て

車体が立ち上がりました！

While some parts are still temporary, the front and rare chassis are assembled and you can see the vehicle body in full!

 

イギリスのＴｏｎｙ！

ここからは徐々にＭｏｔｏｒｃｙｃｌｅらしくなって行きますから

面白くなって行きますよ～！
