Hello everyone! This is Nakamura, Representative Director of Sanctuary’s
head office・・
ここ数年、海外から 来る ＲＣＭの 問い合わせが 止まりません・・
In recent years, we have been constantly receiving inquiries about our RCMs
from prospective customers overseas・・
つい先日も、北欧から 突然 お見えになった 外国人の方が 一人 おりまして・・
その時は 急な事 だっただけに、きちんと対応が できず仕舞い でしたが、
本日 再び ご来店されるとの事・・
Indeed, just the other day, a foreign visitor from Northern Europe dropped
by at our shop, out of the blue. As we were caught off guard at that time,
we could not welcome the sudden guest properly, but he said he would come
see us again today.
車輌や作業で、窓口を 担当する 佐藤と一緒に、事前 打ち合わせ中・・
Having a pre-meeting with Sato, who is in charge of international liaison
concerning motorcycles and work performed on them・・
マシンは何と Ｚ１０００ＳＴ！・・
The machine to be worked on for this project is Z1000ST, what an
interesting choice!・・
Ｚ１０００ＳＴの パーツリストや マニュアルなど、貴重な資料を 送ってくれました・・
The customer sent us some valuable documents such as the parts list and
operator’s manual for Z1000ST.
そして ご本人の 登場っ！ ノルウェーから 来られた、ＯＬＥ さんですっ！
Now, here comes the customer! OLE from Norway!
実は ノルウェーに 車両を 輸出するのは とても 大変な事・・
色々と ハードルが 高く、難易度が為、今回は やり方を考えました
As there are many obstacles that need to be cleared for us to export the bike
to Norway, we came up with an alternative plan.
佐藤が 片言 英語で 対応してますが、細かい話が 中々伝わらず、苦戦・・ （涙）
Although Sato is doing his best to communicate with the customer using his
very basic English skills, he is having hard times communicating the finer
points to him・・
それでも 大事な話は 何とか纏まり、後は Ｅメールで やり取りする事に 決定 ♪
However, the important talk was concluded somehow, and both sides agreed
to continue the discussion from that point on through email♪
そして 後日・・ 大きな箱が 届きました・・

行きますんで、よろしく お願いしますね～っ！
Several days later・・ A big box has arrived at our shop・・
OLE in Norway! As we will be posting updates on the blog and at our
Facebook page from time to time, we ask for your understanding and
continuous support～!
