DAEG RCM Project (Part 9)

ＤＡＥＧで 初の ＲＣＭ化を試みる、このＰＲＯＪＥＣＴ！ 作業が 進むにつれ、
かなり 盛り上がって来ました！
Hello everybody. This is Nakamura, representative director and president of
Sanctuary at its head office・・ This is the PROJECT in which we are working
on DAEG for the first time in an attempt to make it RCM! As the work
progresses, it has absolutely livened up!
ＯＨＬＩＮＳ製 倒立フロントフォークを用いた、倒立エクスモードパッケージ。
It is the inverted ‘ExMode’ package using the inverted front forks
manufactured by OHLINS.
見た目にも いかつい ラジアルマウント式キャリパーサポートを 取り付けます
We are installing the radial mount-type caliper supports that apparently have
the rugged look.
倒立フォーク専用に 製作された、フロントフェンダーブラケットＳＥＴ・・
This is a front fender bracket set that is specifically crafted for the
suspended forks・・
フォーク前側は 立体的な形状・・ 後ろ側は キャリパーサポートに 取り付けられます
The front side of the forks has a three-dimensional shape・・ The back side of it is going to be attached to the caliper supports.
キャリパーは、ＤＡＥＧ ＲＣＭ スポーツパッケージ ＴＹＰＥ‐Ｒの、
ラジアルマウント選択コースで、標準装備となる キャスティングモノをチョイス！
As for the calipers, the casting-type is chosen, which comes as standard
equipment if the radial-mount course is selected for DAEG sport package
TYPE-R!
そしてっ！ こちらが 倒立エクスモードに付属される、専用フロントフェンダーです！
And!・・ This is the special front fender that comes with the inverted
‘ExMode’!
取り付けると こんな感じ！・・ ＦＲＰ仕様と、カーボンファイバー仕様の ２種類があり、
今回は ＤＡＥＧの純正ボディカラーにも 似合う、カーボンを使用しました
It looks like this once it is mounted!・・ While there are two kinds, i.e., FRP
and carbon fiber versions, the carbon one is being used this time, as it
matches better with the original body color of DAEG.
一方 こちらは、アルマイト処理された フロントブレーキホースの、３ＷＡＹジョイント・・
アッパーカウルステーの 形状に合わせ 専用設計された、ＲＣＭ専用オリジナル！
Meanwhile, this is the alumite-processed three-way joint for the front brake
hoses・・ It is the original RCM item specifically designed to fit the shape of
the upper fairing stay!
早速、ブレーキホースを製作・・
We get right to making the brake hoses・・
こんな感じ！・・
３ＷＡＹジョイントを 用いる事で、ホースの取り回しや 左右シルエットを、きれいに
纏められます。 ちょっとした アイテムでは ありますが、細部に徹底して こだわる
ＲＣＭを 製作してる訳ですから、とても大事な所・・
シンガポールの Ｍｒ．Ｄｅｎｉｓｏｎさ～ん！ 日本の ＤＡＥＧ乗りの皆さんにも 沢山の
お問い合わせを 頂く様になり、今後の展開が とても楽しみになって来ましたよ～っ♪
Just like this!・・ By using the three-way joint, the hoses as well as the
silhouettes viewed from both sides are be aesthetically arranged. These may
be minor items, but since we are working on an RCM, for which attention
should be paid to the finest details, we cannot overlook them・・
Mr. Denison in Singapore～! As we have been fielding many inquiries from
fellow DAEG
riders in Japan, the development from this point on appears very exciting!♪
