台湾 ４台目となる ＲＣＭは、台北に行った際 お世話になった Ｅｄｄｙさんから
オーダー頂いた、Ｚ１-Ｒです！
RCM as the fourth unit in Taiwan is Z1-R which was ordered by Eddy who took care of me when I had been to Taipei.
成为台湾第4台的RCM是去台北的时候承蒙Eddy先生关照拿到了 Z1-R！
曲げ込んだ ジュラルミン リブ角パイプの 形状を整えて、アルミのジョイント部に
点付け 溶接します。
After adjusting shape of duralumin square pipe which was bent, it will be point-welded to an aluminum joint part.
整理好弯曲的硬铝角管的形状，在铝的接合部上 点焊接
シートカウルを被せて 問題ないかどうか、細かく確認しながら 進めます。
We will check in detail whether there is a problem or not when it is covered by a seat cowl.
盖上 座罩 是不是没有问题，仔细地确认
完全に 位置が決まったら、本溶接・・
After a position is completely decided, the regular welding will be performed.
如果位置决定就开始真正熔接・・
補強となる 角パイプも 用意し、溶接してあげます。
The square pipe for reinforcement will be also welded.
加强用的角管也熔接
ジュラルミンの丸棒材から スリーブを 削り出し・・
A sleeve was cut from duralumin round bar material,・・
由 硬铝的圆杆材袖切削・・
出来ました・・ 手作り感 たっぷりですが、中々 良い感じです・・♪
We finished it! It is fully handmade feeling, but is very good feeling・・♪
完成了・・ 充分感觉到手制感,不过，感觉很好・・!
そして、テールランプを 取り付けるステーを、引き続き 製作して行きます。
And we will proceed to work for a stay to attach tail lamp.
然后，安装尾灯的支撑螺栓也 继续进行
キャブレターを 取り付けましょう。
A carburetor was attached.
安装了渗碳器
メーター 取り付けのステーも、図面に 起こします。
A stay to attach a meter will be described in drawings.
仪表安装的支撑螺栓也会写图纸
９０年代の カワサキ純正 ３連メーター・・
中央のタコメーターは 白パネル化し、レッドゾーンも Ｚ１-Ｒ用に 書き換えてます。
また 右のメーターは 水温計でしたが、加工して 燃料計に変更しました。
Kawasaki genuine meter of the 90s. The central tachometer was changed to a white panel and the red zone was rewritten for Z1-R. In addition, the right meter was a water thermometer, and it was fabricated to a fuel meter.
90年代的川崎纯正仪表。中央的转速表换成白色面板，危险区改写为Z1-R。还有 右边的仪表是水温计,不过 加工成为燃油表
