台湾 ４台目となる ＲＣＭは 台北に 行った際 お世話になった Ｅｄｄｙ さんから
オーダー頂いた Ｚ１-Ｒです！
RCM, the 4th unit in Taiwan, is Z1-R, which has been ordered by Eddy who kindly took good care of us when we visited Taipei.
成为台湾第4辆的RCM是我曾经去台北时承蒙关照的Eddy先生订购的Z1-R！
フレームが 粉黛塗装工程から、戻って来ました・・
The frame has just come back from the powder coating process.
车架从装饰涂装工序返回来了
粉黛塗装は 皮膜強度と 仕上がり感に 定評ある、ダイヤモンドコーティングです！
By powder coating, I mean diamond coating process that is well known to have a fine finish and robust coating strength!
装饰涂装是在高强度皮膜以及最终精加工上得以公认的钻石涂层！
まずは ステアリングステムを 取り付けて・・・
It begins firstly with putting in the steering system…
首先安装转向系统・・・・
ステアリングロックが 掛かる様 ステムシャフトに 穴あけ加工を 施しました・・
Then, drill a hole on the stem shaft, to ensure the steering lock to function securely.
为锁定舵轮锁而在车轴上进行钻孔加工
リアスイングアームも 同じく 粉黛塗装されて 来ていたので ここも組み付けます。
Here, attach the rear swing arm that has just returned from the powder coating process similarly.
后部摆动杆也同样进行了装饰涂装，所以这部分也进行组装吧
この画像は 粉黛塗装に 出す前の、バッテリーケースや エンジンマウント・・
This is how the battery case and the engine mount parts looked like before they were sent out for powder coating process.
这是在委托装饰涂装工序前的蓄电池盒以及引擎支架的零件
今回の工程で 全て見事に、美しく 生まれ変わっております・・♪
Now, they look new and beautifully reborn, thanks to the powder coating.
通过装饰涂装令整体焕然一新・・・・♪
下準備が 完了した所で、エンジンを 搭載しましょう・・
Then, mount the engine as all ground works have been completed.
在完成了事前准备后将搭载引擎
フレームに傷を 付けない様、注意しながら 慎重に・・・
Carefully and gingerly, so that you won’t scratch the frame…
为了不损伤车架而小心谨慎地・・・・
エンジン搭載 完了！ ここまで 順調ですっ！・・
The engine has been mounted! So far, so good!
引擎搭载完毕！到此为止一切顺利！
