台湾 ４台目となる ＲＣＭは、台北に行った際 お世話になった Ｅｄｄｙさんから
オーダー頂いた、Ｚ１-Ｒです！
The fourth RCM in Taiwan is Z1-R ordered by Eddy who took care of me when I was in Taipei!
成為臺灣第４臺的ＲＣＭ是去臺北之際承蒙關照的Ｅｄｄｙ先生訂購的 Ｚ１-Ｒ！
台北から 荷物が、到着しました・・・。
A cargo from Taipei has just arrived.
台北寄出的包裹已經送達
これはどうやら 待っていた、リアサスペンションだと 思われます・・
Probably the rear suspensions we’ve been waiting for.
感覺應該就是我們期盼已久的後避震器
早速 取り付ける事に・・・ ＯＨＬＩＮＳ社製 グランドツインショックです。
All set to start fixing it… OHLINS shock absorber grand twin.
馬上進行安裝作業，是Ohlins公司生產的Grand Twin Shock
アルミシートレームに 取り付けする リアフェンダーも、バッチリ 出来ましたっ！
The rear fender, to be fixed to the aluminum seat frame. Done nicely!
安置於鋁製座椅骨架上的後擋泥板也很順利地裝好了！
外装が ペイントに 入る前に ミラーが上手く 取り付け出来るか、確認しておきます。
Before going into the finish coating, make sure that the mirrors can be mounted without problem.
在開始外部的塗裝工程之前，記得要先確認能不能裝上鏡子

看起來很不錯耶・・・♪
点火系部品 ＡＳウオタニ ＳＰ-Ⅱのユニットが、シートカウルに 軽く 干渉していたので
これも 移動させる事にしました・・。
The unit, AS uotani SP-Ⅱ(ignition system part), is slightly hitting the seat cowl. Must move it too.
強化點火線圈AS UOTANI SPII的元件略為干擾到座椅的護罩，所以我們更動了它的位置
シートカウル上に 取り付けられる、アルミの ベースプレート・・・
The aluminum base plate… to be fixed on the seat cowl.
可安裝於座椅護罩上的鋁製底盤．．．
前後に 別の部品を、溶接してやります・・。
Weld different parts on the front and the rear.
在它前、後焊接上其他配件
水抜き用の 穴を 捲り穴 バーリング加工で 仕上げて、オリジナル シートベース・・・
こんな感じに なりましたっ！
Make the holes for drainage by burring… to get the seat base…like this!
對排水孔施以翻邊加工，完成後的座位底盤…看起來就是這樣！
