台湾 ４台目となる ＲＣＭは、台北に 行った際 お世話になった Ｅｄｄｙさんから
オーダー 頂いた、Ｚ１-Ｒです！
The fourth RCM in Taiwan is Z1-R ordered by Eddy who took care of me when I was in Taipei!
成為臺灣第４臺的ＲＣＭ是去臺北之際承蒙關照的Ｅｄｄｙ先生訂購的 Ｚ１-Ｒ！
フロントカウリングを 取り付けする ブラケットを、単品製作します。
Manufacture brackets alone, to which front cowling will be attached.
搭載前引擎蓋的支持用具進行單品制作
カウリングの 左右形状が 若干 異なる為、手作業で 整えてやります。
The right and left shapes of cowling are a little uneven, so we are fixing by hand
因為引擎蓋的左右形狀略有差異，以手工作業進行調整
メーターステーも 絡む 構造なので、一度 取り付けし・・・
It also involves meter stays, so we attach it once…
因為還有儀表的固定，所以先進行一次安裝・・・
仮り組みして、おおよその 位置関係が 確認できました。
The temporary assembling enabled us to check the rough positional relation
通過臨時安裝確認了大致的位置關系
ここで、フライス盤をセットします。
Here, we set the milling machine
在此設置銑床
部材の 肉抜き加工を 施してやります。
Make a hole in the components to lighten them
實施部件多余部分的加工
ステアリング周辺に 装備される 部品重量を 抑える事で ハンドリングが 飛躍的に
良くなりますから、意外に効果が あります。
Lightening the parts to be installed around steering makes the handling improve dramatically, so it’s surprisingly important.
因為削減了轉向裝置四周零件的重量，所以操縱有了極大的進步，意想不到如此重要
フロントカウリングと メーターの ブラケットが、全て 出来上がりました。
この後 各部品、表面処理工程に 移ります。
Brackets for the front cowling and the meter are all completed. After that, we’ll move on to the surface treatment process.
前引擎蓋和儀表的支持用具全部完成。此後移向表面處理工序
