台湾 ４台目となる ＲＣＭは、台北に 行った際 お世話になった Ｅｄｄｙさんから
オーダー頂いた Ｚ１-Ｒですっ！
Taiwan’s 4th RCM will be Z1-R, which is an order from Eddy-San who helped us a lot when we were in Taipei!
台灣的第四台ＲＣＭ到台北的時候﹐幫了非常多忙的 Ｅｄｄｙs桑所下訂的 Ｚ１-Ｒ！
エンジン塗装と パーツ手配が 完了した為、先行して エンジン組み立てに 入ります
Starting ahead assembling the engine as the paint coating of the engine and the arrangement of components were completed
引擎的塗裝跟零件的準備都完成了﹐所以先來進行引擎的組裝
ベアリングを 点検し ４気筒全ての 心出し加工を 終えた クランクシャフトを セット・・
Assembling the crankshaft, which bearing was inspected and centering processing of all 4 cylinders was done already.
軸承檢查好﹐４氣筒所有的芯加工也結束﹐開始組裝曲軸
上下 クランクケースを 合わせました・・
Joined the upper and lower crankcases together
將上下曲軸箱合起來
クラッチハウジングは、後期モデルの アルミ製に 交換・・
The clutch casing was replaced by an aluminum late model
把離合器外殼改成後期樣式的鋁製品
ノーマルは 鉄製な為 重く 老朽化が 著しい物ばかりですから、新品に 交換できて
尚かつ 軽くなる所が 良い点ですね。
Since normal ones are all iron-made and heavy and severely deteriorated, the good point is they can be replaced by new ones and be lighter
原裝品是鐵製所以很重﹐而且幾乎都腐朽化的很嚴重﹐所以換成新的﹐換新還有個好處是重量變輕
さて 一方 こちらはフレーム・・
Now meanwhile, here is the frame…
另一方面﹐這是車架・・
おなじみ リアサスペンション 取り付け部を レイダウン加工する 専用治具です。
This is a dedicated jig for processing the fittings on rear suspensions we are all familiar with
如同大家所知﹐這是要進行後避震器組裝加工時所要用到的專用工具
シングルシート仕様 ですから、完全１名乗車 専用のフレームに したいと思います。
Since this is a single seat specification, we are thinking of making a frame completely and exclusively for 1 passenger
由於是單人座墊式樣﹐所以想要改成完全是單人乘車專用的車架
サスペンション 取り付け部を 囲う様に 補強材を 製作・・
Making reinforcement as to surround the fittings on the rear suspension…
製作補強用的材料﹐將避震器的連結部整個圍起來・・
