皆さん こんにちは！・・ サンクチュアリー本店の 中村です。
台湾 ＣＨＭＯＴＯさんより オーダー頂いた、海外初の ＲＣＭ－２７５ Ｚ‐１・・
いよいよ作業も 大詰めに 入って参りました。
大家好！・・ 我是SANCTUARY總店“代表取締役社長” 的中村。
由台湾 ＣＨＭＯＴＯ訂購的，第一台海外ＲＣＭ－２７５ Ｚ‐１・・
的製造漸漸接近尾聲了
Hello, everyone!・・
This is Nakamura, representative director and president of Sanctuary
at its head office.
The first-ever overseas project RCM-275 Z-1,
for which we had the pleasure of receiving order from CHMOTO in Taiwan・・
it is finally approaching the home stretch in our project.
オイルクーラーホースは、基本的に ＲＣＭの場合、必ず組み付けて 製作をします
ＳＥＴで市販されてる ＫＩＴを そのまま 取り付けるのではなく、スタイルに 拘って
造っている訳なんです。
關於機油冷卻器的軟管，ＲＣＭ的話必須是組裝製作的。
不是直接把市面上所賣的整套裝備安裝上去，而是在造型上特別講究製造出來的
The hoses of oil coolers are basically assembled for all RCMs as they
are being built. That is because we just simply do not use commercially
available kits as a set, in order to express our unique styling.
左クランクケースカバー内に 収納される、ワンウェイクラッチ機構や 充電系統部品を
組み付けます。 この辺も 旧い年式のバイクでは、色々トラブルが 出やすい所なので
充分注意が 必要ですね・・
組裝容納在曲軸箱外蓋的單向離合器結構和充電系統零件。
舊式機車在這個地方比較容易出問題，所以需要特別注意・・
We are assembling a one-way clutch mechanism and parts for
battery-charging system that will be housed inside the crank-case cover
on the left side.
As this is one of typical areas where a potential trouble could occur for
old bikes, we must pay sufficient attention to it・・
今現在 こんな感じ、だいぶ出来上がって来ました・・ なかなか カッコいいです！
現在大概是這個樣子，已經完成的差不多了・・ 非常的帥氣噢！
This is how it looks at the moment, we have come a long way・・
It is looking really good!
続いては、リアホイールの 左右スペーサーカラーを 製作しましょう。
接下來就是製作後輪框的左右墊片
Now, let’s make spacer collars that will keep the rear wheel tightly
fixed from both sides.
専用の 測定工具を用いて、ホイールセンターから リムまで、そして リアスプロケットの
取り付け面までを 測定します。
用專門的測量工具，測量從車輪中心到外圈，再到鏈輪齒的安裝面
Using a special measurement tool, the distance from the center of the
wheel to the rim, as well as to the mounting surface of the rear sprocket,
is measured here.
各数値を 測定したら、計算で算出した 寸法のスペーサーカラーを、旋盤で
削り出して行きます。
測量完各樣尺寸之後，用車床切割出計算好尺寸的墊片
Having taken each measurement, we calculate the optimal dimensions
of the spacer collars and machine them using a lathe.
ジュラルミン Ａ２０１７Ｓ材から 単品製作した カラーを、アルマイト処理して 完成。
由銀鋁合金Ａ２０１７Ｓ質材單品製作的墊片，最後以防蝕鈍化鋁加工處理
The process is completed by alumite-treating the spacer collars that
have been created as one-offs from duralumin A2017S material.
仕上がった カラーを、リアホイールに取り付けて スイングアームに 組み付けます。
把加工完成後的墊片組裝到後擺臂
We are assembling the finished spacer collars with the rear wheel which
will then be mounted to the swing arm.
ドライブチェーンを 取り付けましょう・・
安裝傳動鏈吧・・
Let’s attach the drive chain・・
ＲＣＭ－２７５ Ｚ-１、いよいよ完成が 近づきつつあります。年末ギリギリに なりつつ
ありますが、残りあと２回位の ご紹介で、全ての作業が終了する事でしょう！・・
陳さ～んっ！ カレンさ～んっ！ 予定よりも 少し時間 かかってしまいましたけど、
もうすぐですからね～っ！
ＲＣＭ－２７５ Ｚ-１終於快要完成了。也快到年底了，大概還會再介紹2次左右,
所有的工序應該就要結束了！・・
陳先生！Karen小姐！ 雖然超出了預定的時間一點點，但是快要完成了哦！
The RCM-275 Z-1 is nearing its completion. Although this is close to
the end of the year, we believe all our work will be finished with about
two more update entries after this one!・・
Mr. Chen～！ Karen～！ The project has taken a little bit longer than
initially scheduled, but it will come to an end really soon～！
