台湾から再び ＲＣＭ－３７５ ＭＫ-Ⅱ （Ｐａｒｔ‐９）

台湾の ＲＣＭ－２７５ Ｚ-１オーナーから製作を依頼された、ＲＣＭ－３７５

ＭＫ-Ⅱ（その９）です！

 

Hi. This is Nakamura, president of the Sanctuary headquarters. This is the 9th installment of the series for RCM-375 Mk-II, an order from the owner of RCM-275 Z-1 in Taiwan.

 

大家好，我是SANCTUARY總公司董事長中村。

這是台灣的ＲＣＭ－２７５ Ｚ-１車主委託製造的 ＲＣＭ－３７５ ＭＫ-Ⅱ（之9）！

 

Ｚ１０００ＳＴの変速系統部品が ＭＫ-Ⅱとわずかに寸法や形状が異なり

互換性がなかった為、急遽エンジンが降ろされた ＲＣＭ－３７５

 

Since the transmission parts of Z1000ST were slightly different in size from and incompatible with those of MK-II. Therefore, the engine of RCM-375 was hurriedly detached.

 

Ｚ１０００ＳＴ的變速零件與ＭＫ-Ⅱ在尺寸上略有差異，不具互換性，

所以緊急卸下引擎的 ＲＣＭ－３７５

 

状態良いシフトドラムがあったので、エンジンを下から分解し 早速交換。

Since there was a good state shift drum, I dismantled the engine from the bottom and exchanged it immediately.

由於備有狀態良好的變速鼓輪，所以從下分解引擎，迅速交換

 

ちなみにこのシフトドラム周辺部品も わずかですが形が違いました。

左がＳＴで、右がＭＫ-Ⅱです。

 

Incidentally, the peripheral parts around this shift drum were also slightly different in shape. The left is ST and the right is MK-II.

 

順帶一提，這個變速鼓輪的周邊零件形狀也略有差異 左邊是ＳＴ，而右邊是ＭＫ-Ⅱ

 

エンジンを再び 搭載します・・・        忙しいです（笑）

I will mount the engine again …        I am busy (laugh).

再次裝上引擎・・・         好忙（笑）

 

ここで、今まで転がし用に仮付けしていた 純正流用ホイールを取り外し

Ｏ・Ｚレーシングホイールを 準備・・・

 

Here, I will remove the wheels that have been tentatively attached and prepare the OZ racing wheels.

 

在此將卸除至今為止暫時安裝的鋁圈，準備Ｏ・Ｚ競賽鋁圈

 

リアサスが短かった為、少し長くする為に エンドアイを交換しました。

 

Since the rear suspension was short, I exchanged a part end eye for extending its length a little longer.

 

由於後懸吊系統較短，換上用以增長的零件螺絲

 

それでも全体的に車体が低く見えたので、ここで測定してみる事に・・・

Still the height of body looked a little lower overall, and I here decided to measure it.

然而車體整體看來仍偏低，因此決定測定看看

 

やっぱり・・・（汗）            高さが少し 足りません・・・

Just as I thought, (sweat) …        the height on the front side is not enough a bit …

果然・・・（汗）               前側的高度略有不足・・・

 

後ろもエンドアイを交換したんですが、まだ短い事が判明・・・

I also exchanged the rear end eye, but it turned out to be still shorter …

後方雖也更換了螺絲，但發現還是偏短・・・

 

どうしようか困り果ててたら、外装ペイントが出来上がっちゃいました・・（汗）

When I was at a loss what to do, the exterior paint was completed to be delivered to me (sweat).

為了該如何是好而傷透腦筋，結果就完成了外裝的塗裝（汗）

 

さて、予想以上に前後サスペンションが短い この状況をどうするか？

一難去って また一難です・・・（苦笑）

 

By the way, what can I do with this situation in which front and rear suspensions are unexpectedly shorter? Out of the frying pan and into the fire… (wry smile)

 

嗯，前後方的懸吊系統比原先預想還要短，這種時候該如何是好？

過了一關，還有一關・・・（苦笑）
