ＲＣＭ－３３８ （その３）ですっ！
Hello Everyone! I am Nakamura, representative director of Sanctuary’s
headquarters.. It’s RCM-338 (vol. 3), which is now in production at the
request of Luc from Denis Diesel Service in Belgium!
フレームへの 補強が、全て 完了・・
The frame has now been reinforced…
最も応力が 集中し易い、ステアリングヘッドパイプ部 下側の補強も、万全です。
Also, the area under the steering head pipe, where stress is often concentrated, has been fully reinforced.
リア スイングアーム 周辺の補強も、バッチリ！
Reinforcement around the rear swing arm is also complete!
リアサスの フレーム側 取り付けも、ご覧の様に レイダウン加工 済み。
As you can see, the position of the rear suspension attachment to the frame side has been changed.
ドライブチェーンの 通過ラインを ２３ｍｍ 外に出すべく、フレームの 内側軌道も
キッチリ 確保しました。
A path inside the frame has been secured to let the drive chain line outside for 23mm.
前後１７インチ 最新タイヤを 装着する為、必要な補強と 加工を 施した フレーム・・
機能美があると 感じます・・ この後、粉黛塗装工程へと 移りますよ。
The frame has been reinforced and processed to allow attachment of the new 17-inch front and rear tires. I find functional beauty in this frame. After this, powder soot application process follows.
その間に、エンジンを 進めておきましょう。

Completely dismantled KZ900 engine…
今から ４０年も昔に 造られ かなり 使い込まれた果てに、何年間も 動いてなかった
エンジンですから、これを 完調にするのは 実は 大変な事ですよね・・
This engine was built 40 years ago, fully used, and then left without running for many years. It requires a lot of job to recover its performance.
心臓部である、クランクシャフト・・
Crank shaft, the central part….
コネクティングロッドの ベアリング部を 一旦 脱脂し、手で 動かしてみた 感覚で
ベアリングの状態を 確かめます。
Remove the grease from the bearing of the connecting rod for once, to check the bearing status with sensation.
