製作中の、 ＲＣＭ－３３８ ＫＺ９００ （その２） ですっ！
Hello Everyone! I am Nakamura, representative director of Sanctuary’s headquarters.. It’s RCM-338 (vol. 2), which is now in production at the request of Luc from Denis Diesel Service in Belgium!
フレームに 補強を、加えはじめます・・
We start adding to the strength of frames…
補強に あたって 弊社では、補強材を 一つ一つ 手作りで 製作しています。
For the additional strength, in our company, we make every single reinforcing material by hand.
ブランク状態の パイプやプレートは ある程度の 数で 少量産していますが、
そこから更に 手を加え 形を 擦り合わせます。
We mass-produce at a certain quantity those blank pipes and plates, but we then work on them further to fit their shapes.
フレームの個体差に 合わせ 丁寧に擦り合わせ する事で、溶接による 歪みや
変形を防ぐ 効果があります。 より良い精度の 補強に こだわるのであれば
この手作りで 合わせる 作業は、絶対に 妥協できない 工程なんです。
The careful fitting according to the individual differences of frames prevents the distortion and deformation caused by welding. Also for reinforcement with better precision, this work of fitting by hand is definitely an uncompromisable factor.
最も 変形し易い 泣き所・・ ステアリングヘッド下にも、φ２２ のパイプを補強。
材質は もちろん、性質の良い ＳＴＫＭ１３Ｃ シームレス 高張力菅です。
Under the steering head, which is the sore point that deforms most easily, we also reinforce it with φ22 pipe. The material is KM13C high tensile strength pipe.
丹念に 溶接して 行きます。
Welding in a careful manner
今回は ベース車が ＫＺ９００・・ バッテリーケース等 Ｚ-１とは 構造が違う 為
問題ないか 仮組みして 具合を 見ときます。
This time, the structure of base vehicle is different from that of Z-1, such as KZ900/battery case, we have a trial fitting and see if it works without any problem.
スイングアームのシャフトや エンジンマウント ボルト等、 この後 状態の悪い物は
下地の 研磨工程を 施した後に、 全て 表面処理を 施されます。
After that, including the shaft of swing arm and the engine mounting bolts, every component in bad condition will have surface treatment.
３月末からの 引っ越しの 影響で、４月１０日頃から ようやく作業が 再開された

The RCM-338, the operation for which has been finally resumed around April 10, after the move to new office building at the end of March… Luc from Denis Diesel Service in Belgium! We’ll increase our work pace from now. So thank you for your continuous support!!
