ノルウェーから 依頼 頂いた、Ｚ１０００ＳＴの フレーム Ｐａｒｔ‐４ です！
Hello everyone! This is Nakamura, Representative Director of Sanctuary’s
head office. This is the part 4 of Z1000ST frame!
また少し 間が空きましたが、製作しなければ ならない 部品が到着し、再び進行・・
After some break again, we have resumed the process as another component
arrived at our factory, which required extra work.
単品製作した リアサスペンションの、マウント部品です。
This is a mounting for the rear suspension, which was produced as a single
item.
旋盤で寸法を 微調整し・・
Fine adjustment with the lathe.
フレーム側に 合わせつつ、擦り合わせ・・
Adjusting it to have a good fit with the frame.
改めて見ましたが Ｚ１０００ＳＴの ピボットは、駆動系部品を 逃がす都合上、
左右でかなり 形状が違いますね。
With a close observation, I have founded the right and left pivots of the
Z1000ST are quite different from each other in order to secure the space for
the drive train.
確認 出来たら、専用治具の 登場です！
After checking the conditions, now is the time for a special tool!
治具を何度も 脱着し、シートレール側を 加工しては また確認する の 繰り返し・・
I repeatedly attached and detached the tool and then worked on the seat rail
side, and repeated this routine several times.
いい感じに 擦り合わせが 完了。 溶接前の 下地清掃を 施します。
It looks like a best match. I then cleaned the part as preparation for the
welding.
ノルウェーの ＯＬＥさ～んっ！・・ ちょっと遅れ気味で 申し訳ないです～！
いよいよ ここから 具体的に 進行して 行きますんで、お楽しみに～っ♪
