ノルウェーの Ｚ１０００ＳＴ フレーム （Ｐａｒｔ-１７）

ノルウェーの Ｏｌｅさんから お預かりした、Ｚ１０００ＳＴの フレーム （その１７）です。

Hello everyone! This is Nakamura, Representative Director of Sanctuary’s head office. This is the part 17 of Z1000ST frame!

 

 

だいぶ ご無沙汰になっていた この Ｚ１０００ＳＴですが、水面下では 地味な作業が

進んでおりました・・・

We haven't updated information regarding Z1000ST for quite a while, but we have been advancing the same old works behind the scenes.

 

 

アッパーフェアリングの ブラケットなど とにかく 造るものだらけ・・・

There were just so many things to make such as the fairing bracket, etc...

 

 

だいぶ 試行錯誤して おりましたね・・・

We were making the bracket, repeating trials and errors

 

 

軽くて 強い物を造る為に、切り出した ステーを溶接。

Welding the stay to make it lightweight and strong

 

 

フレーム側にも 取り付け部を、設ける必要があります。

Fittings are also necessary on the frame side

 

 

スリーブ状のナットを 削り出し、新規に 溶接しました。

We've scraped the nuts on the cylinder sleeve and welded new ones

 

 

フェアリングが だいぶ大きいので、側面の固定ブラケットも しっかりした構造に しました。

As the fairing was very big, we've worked on a lateral fixing bracket that would be solid

 

 

かなり しっかり、取り付けされております。

It has been quite firmly attached

 

 

あとは フェアリング、上側固定部を 完成させるだけですね・・・

All we need to do now is to perfect the fixation on the upper side of the fairing
