ノルウェーから 依頼頂いた、Ｚ１０００ＳＴの フレーム Ｐａｒｔ‐１２ です！
Hello everyone! This is Nakamura, Representative Director of Sanctuary’s head office. This is the part 12 of Z1000ST frame!
とにかく 作る物が 多い この車輌・・
There is just a lot to be made for this vehicle …
細かい部品の 溶接など、加工 加工の 連続・・
It’s a series of processing tasks on small components like welding, etc.
一つ 一つ 造っては 確認し・・
Checking each and every component after it is made…
合わせては 見て また更に 加工・・ と 言う 具合に、少しづつ 進めます・・
Things are done little by little, checking how the component matches then processing it again and so on
小針が 寸法確認 しているのは、単品製作した リアフェンダー・・
Kobari is checking the dimensions of the one-off made rear fender
シートフレームの 形状が 大きく 変わった為、純正品が 取り付けられず
アルミ板で 単品製作を 致しました・・
Since big changes were made on the form of the seat frame and the genuine product does not fit anymore, we made it using aluminum plates
他にも 何枚もの 図面を 書いています・・
We are creating many other drawings
そんな折・・ Ｏｌｅ さんが 再び ご来店・・
仕事の都合で 最近よく 日本に来る事が、多いとの事 らしいです・・
Then Ole came to visit us again; he said he had many occasions to come to Japan recently, due to his work.
既に 加工が 仕上がっている エンジン部品を お見せしました。
We showed him the engine components that were already finished
ここまで随分 時間が 掛かりましたが、フレーム加工も もうすぐ 終わりそう・・
その後は 前後シャシー部品を 用意し 実際に 組み上げる予定です・・♪

It took quite a long time to get to this point, however, it appears we will finish processing the frames soon … Thereafter, we are planning to prepare the front and rear chassis components for actual assembly. Ole from Norway! Thank you very much for always visiting us!!
