ノルウェーから 依頼 頂いた、Ｚ１０００ＳＴの フレーム Ｐａｒｔ‐９ です！
Hello everyone! This is Nakamura, Representative Director of Sanctuary’s head office. This is the part 9 of Z1000ST frame!
シートレールセ クションの 補強が ひと通り 終わったので、いよいよ シートカウルの
取り付けに 入ります・・
Reinforcement work on the seat rail section is generally done, and now, a seat cowl will be attached.
実際に タンクを 載せて、Ole さんから 持ち込み頂いた シートカウルを
合わせて行きます・・
シート前側の、相性悪い 部分はカット。 ここは既に 打ち合わせ 済み・・
Put a tank here, and fix it with the seat cowl brought in by Ole-san.
The parts do not fit at the front side of the seat are cut. It’s been discussed already.
サクサクっ と、切って・・

でも ここから、シートカウルを 固定する ブラケットを 作るのが、大変・・
So far so good! But from here, I know it is tough to make brackets fastening the seat cowl.
アルミの 角パイプや 単品製作した ブラケット類を、このマシン 専用に
造りあげて 行かなければなりません・・
I have to adjust aluminum square pipes and/or brackets separately prepared to be matched against this machine.
一方・・ こちらは エンジン、シリンダーヘッド・・
既に バルブガイドは 抜いてあり、これより ポート拡大 研磨加工に 入ります。
Here are an engine, a cylinder head, etc. A valve guide has already been removed, so, now let’s start polishing to enlarge the port.
