クロアチアへ！ＲＣＭ－４６１ （Ｐａｒｔ－６）

ヨーロッパ クロアチア在住、Ｍｒ.Ｂａｌｄｏからご依頼を受けた

ＲＣＭ－４６１ Ｚ‐１ （その６）です！

RCM-461 Z-1 ordered from Mr. Baldo living in Croatia (Part 6)

 

アメリカンドリーム製アッパーカウルを 取り付けるにあたり

幾つか オリジナルでアレンジするべく、加工中・・・

Preparing for several customization before the installation of the front fairing by AMERICAN DREAM. 

 

カウリングブラケットの角度や高さを、曲げ加工や溶接で変更しました。

Bent and changed the angle and height of the fairing bracket.

 

カウル本体と スクリーンを取り付ける為の、穴開け加工・・・

これも結構 シビアな作業です。

Drilling out the hole to attach the screen to the fairing.  This requires quite a precision work.

 

ヘッドライトの取り付け位置も、側面のブラケット部分を 一度切断し

位置を移動させました。

これでこのＲＣＭ－４６１の 求めていた仕様になっています！

Cut the side bracket to change the location of the headlight.  Now the light is at the perfect location for this RCM-461! 

 

前後ホイールは イタリア Ｏ・Ｚ Ｒａｃｉｎｇ製！

Front and rear wheels are OZ Racing products!

 

ブレーキシステムがまだですが、前後 取り付け完了です！

Both wheels have been installed while the braking system has to wait a little more while!

 

アルミ リアフェンダーレスＫＩＴに補強を施して、表面処理の準備を

しておきましょう。

Why don’t I reinforce the aluminum rear fender and prepare for the surface coating? 

 

新品のワイヤーハーネスなど、フレームへの取り付けも開始。

Starting to install the brand-new wire harness and other components to the frame.

 

そして いよいよ、エンジンの組み立てに入ります！

And now, I am starting to build the engine!
