ヨーロッパ クロアチア在住 Ｍｒ.Ｂａｌｄｏから、ご依頼受けた ＲＣＭ－４６１ Ｚ‐１

（その４）です！

RCM-461 Z-1 ordered from Mr. Baldo living in Croatia (Part 4)

 

これらは板材を変形させ ガセットプレートにする為の専用型・・・

These are the special molds to shape the metal plates into gusset plates….

 

この型を使って リアスイングアームの補強材を造ります。

(3) We produce the reinforcement material for the rear swing arm with this mold.

 

アルミの板材を 型に押し込んで変形させました。

We pushed the aluminum plate into the mold to make this one.

 

異なる径の穴を ３ヵ所開け、縁を捲り上げるバーリング加工で 強度を上げ

向かい合わせに溶接。

We cut three holes of different diameters, rolled up the edges to further strengthen and welded face-to-face.

 

いくつか角パイプ材料も 加工し・・・

We processed several rectangular pipes and…

 

時間をかけて 溶接・・・

took time to weld….

 

リアスイングアームの補強 完成！この後ブラックコーティングされます。

Now, the rear swing arm is beautifully reinforced!  It is coated in black later.

 

と  そんな折り、 海外からある荷物が到着・・・

At that time, a package from overseas arrived….

 

Ｍｒ．Ｂａｌｄｏから頼まれた、ヘルメットでした！

このヘルメット、日本では売っておらず 海外から取り寄せたんですが

バイクに合わせて塗装する予定なんです。

It was the helmet Mr. Baldo had requested!  We had to place an order to an overseas supplier as it was not available in Japan.  We are coloring this helmet in the matching tone with the motorcycle.

 

そして数日後・・・        今度は粉黛塗装されたフレームが届きました！

And several days later….   we received the powder-coated frame now!

 

クロアチアのＭｒ.Ｂａｌｄｏさ～ん！ 次回から車体立ち上げ 始まりますよ～っ！

Mr.Baldo of Croatia!  We are starting the assembly of the body from here on!
