オランダＣＭＳ社 ＣＢ１１００ＲＣ、シリアルナンバー ＲＣＭー２８２の製作、Ｐａｒｔ‐６！
Hi everybody! This is Nakamura, President and Representative Director of
Sanctuary head office...
This is part 6 on production of serial number RCM-282 from a CB1100RC
belonging to CMS in the Netherlands!
前回で クランクケース分解に 至った ＲＣＭ－２８２・・
クランクシャフトや トランスミッションが 姿を現しました
RCM-282 that has reached the stage of dismantling its crank-case in the last
update... Crankshaft and transmission are now visible.
シフト系統部品等 この段階で 見る限り、それ程 ひどい消耗は なさそうです・・
Shift system parts: as far as what is visible right now, looks like not too
much damage.
ひと通り エンジン分解が 終わった所で、今度は 鋳造部の補修に 移りましょう
Dismantling of engine is now complete; let us move on to repairing of casted
section.
例えば コレっ！・・ シリンダーブロックの 放熱フィンが 欠けてます
For example, this! ... radiator fin of the cylinder block is chipped.
一か所だけじゃ～ ありません・・
And not in one spot...
下地を きれいに慣らして、溶接します
Smooth the base carefully and weld.
こんな風に 溶接で肉盛りし、後はグラインダー等で きれいに 成形してやります
Overlay like this in welding, and then form it cleanly to proper shape using
grinders and such.
クランクケースに ねじ込まれた シリンダースタッドボルトを、全部 抜き取りましょう
Let us pull out all cylinder stud bolts that have been screwed into the
crank-case.
続いて シリンダーヘッドを 分解します
Then dismantle the cylinder head
バルブが 組み込んである周辺、 何か 異常に荒れています・・
もしかしたら以前、ヘッド内で 異常故障を 来たした経歴が あったのかも知れません
The area where valve is embedded looks to be in unusually bad
condition... maybe there might have been a history of unusual trouble
within the head.
恐る恐る バルブを 外してみると・・
When we take off the valve gingerly...
案の定、バルブステムエンドに ダメージが 見られました・・
As expected, damages to the valve stem end are visible as well.
さぁ～・・ これからガンバって エンジン各部の 修正を終わらし、この後に 予定している
耐熱塗装工程に、早く行きたいと思いますっ！・・
ＣＭＳの Ｍｒ．Ｍｉｋｅさ～んっ！ 少々手こずっており ペースが遅れ気味ですが、
引き続き 奮闘して参りますんで よろしく お願い致しますっ！
So.....now we work hard and finish repair of various engine parts, and I hope
to move on to the next planned step soon, the heat resistant painting
process! Mr. Mike from CMS～! We have come across a little trouble here
and there so our pace is a tad slowish, but we will continue to work hard so
please bear with us!
