オランダ ＣＭＳさんから 依頼を受けた、ＣＢ１１００ＲＣの ＲＣＭ化計画 その３です
Greetings, everyone! Nakamura, CEO of Sanctuary Japan,
here.This is part 3 of the project: Transforming a CB1100RC into an
RCM requested by CMS in the Netherlands.
フロント回りを 分解・・ 電気系統のハーネスが、ごちゃごちゃしております。
この辺りも 痛みが激しいので、しっかり手を 加えてあげたい所・・
Dismantle the front part. The electrical wiring harness is a mess.
Being badly worn out,
this is another area I would like to take good care of.
ある程度まで、部品を 取り外して行きます・・
We keep dismantling the CB1100RC to some degree.
フレームの後端部に 目立つ痛み？・・ 何か 作り変えられている 痕跡ですね・・
こういう所も 良い機会なので、直したいです。
A noticeable damage in the rear end of the frame…?
It’s a trace of something having been modified.
I would like to fix things like this together on this occasion.
全てを 全分解する前に、アッパーカウルの位置変更を、ある程度 進めておく事に
しました。 フレーム側の取り付け部は そのままに、カウルブラケットの 加工にて
位置変更を試みます。
We have decided to work to some degree to change the position of the
upper fairing before dismantling it all.We attempt to do so by processing
the cowl brackets, leaving the area of the frame where the upper fairing is
mounted unchanged.
スチールの材料から、部品を切り出して あてがい、位置を確認・・
Cut parts out of steel material and put them over the frame to check
their positions.
いい感じだと 判断出来たので、早速 カウルブラケットの加工に 入ります。
Determining that the parts and their positions are good,
we start processing the cowl brackets right away.
溶接で一端、仮留めしましょう・・
Secure them temporarily by welding.
念の為 ここでもう一度、アッパーカウルを 取り付けてみます・・
１０～２０ｍｍ 程度の わずかな移動でも、かなり雰囲気は 変わりますので、ここは
あくまで慎重に 進めます。
We try mounting the upper fairing again here, just in case.
As even moving the upper fairing slightly by 10-20 mm or so would
make a fairly large difference to the appearance of the CB1100RC,
we carry this out as carefully as we can.
ＣＭＳの Ｍｉｋｅさ～んっ！・・ ＲＣの アッパーカウルが、果たして どんな風に
様変わりするのか？・・ 私達も、期待と不安 一杯でやってますよ～っ！・・
