CB1100R coming from Netherlands!(Part 14)

オランダＣＭＳの ＣＢ１１００ＲＣ、シリアルナンバー ＲＣＭー２８２ Ｐａｒｔ‐１３です！
Hello, there! I’m Nakamura (President and Representative Director of AC
Sanctuary) posting this article from the Head Office… This is Part 13 of a
series of articles on Restomod Project for CB1100RC (with the serial number
RCM-282) commissioned by the Dutch company CMS!
畔柳が 作業しているのは、クランクシャフトと その ベアリングの隙間・・
オイルクリアランスを 測定する作業。
Our Mechanic Kuroyanagi is measuring the oil clearance between the
crankshaft and the bearing.
クランクシャフトの 軸径寸法が、メーカーの指定する 使用規定値 ギリギリいっぱい
だった為、大変シビアに 測定をしています。
Crankshaft’s diameter is so close to the value the manufacturer specifies
that he has to work this out very accurately and carefully.
プラスチゲージと言う 専用の測定材を 用いて、精密測定を 何度も繰り返します
Using a special measuring tool known as Plastigauge, he did that precise
measuring process over and over again.
一方 中村の元には、ある大きな荷物が 到着・・
What about Nakamura? A large parcel arrived for me…
梱包を 開けて見れば・・
Opened it…
美しい赤に 粉黛塗装された、ＲＣＭ－２８２ の フレームでした！
It was the frame for RCM-282 coated with beautiful red color!
非常に美しく、かつ 鮮やかな赤に 塗られたフレーム・・
いよいよ ここからは、車体を組み上げて行く 工程です
With the frame coated with beautiful and vivid red color, we can now start
working on assembling the machine.
ステアリングヘッドパイプに、新品のベアリングを 打ち込みます・・
Drive the new bearing into the steering head pipe…
ＲＣＭ－２８２用に 専用加工済みの、ステアリングＬＯＷＥＲステムを 取り付けし・・
Install the steering lower stem treated specially for this RCM-282…
先日も お見せした、ＯＨＬＩＮＳ 倒立フロントフォーク ＦＧ４２４を、取り付けましょう！
さぁ～・・ ここからは 第３章に入ります！ 足回りの ＳＰＥＣＩＡＬパーツ群を、惜しみなく
取り付けて行く 工程です。 オランダ ＣＭＳ社 Ｍｒ．Ｍｉｋｅ さ～んっ！
これからは 段々 面白くなって行きますんで、楽しみにしていて下さいね～♪
And then, mount FG424, Ohlins upside down fork, I showed you in the
previous post! Now, we are ready to move on to the Chapter 3! It’s the
process of assembling the underbody special parts, generously. Hello Mike
(of CMS in the Netherlands)! We are about to get to the best part of the
