CB1100R coming from Netherlands!(Part 13)

オランダＣＭＳの ＣＢ１１００ＲＣ、シリアルナンバー ＲＣＭー２８２ Ｐａｒｔ‐１３です！
Hello, everyone! I am Nakamura, President and Representative Director of
Sanctuary head office・・This is the part 13 of CB1100RC, serial number RCM-
282, commissioned by CMS in the Netherlands!
ステアリングステムを フレーム側に、仮付け致します・・
Temporarily fit a steering stem on the frame・・
左右ステアリング 切れ角を決める ストッパー部品・・ この様な感じに なります・・
A stopper used to determine a cutting angle of the right and left steering・・
Just like this・・
そして、 畔柳メカニックが 取り出したのは・・
And what a Kuroyanagi mechanic took out is・・
スウェーデン ＯＨＬＩＮＳ社製 倒立フロントフォーク、ＦＧ４２４！
いやぁ～・・ かなり 嬉しそうです！ (^_^;)
an inverted front fork, FG424, manufactured by OHLINS of Sweden! Well, he
looks so happy! (^_^;)
フロントフォークを 取り付けし、アッパーカウルも 仮付け致します・・
Assemble the front fork and temporarily fit upper cowl, too・・
この段階で、ステアリング部品と アッパーカウル廻り部品の 干渉がないかどうか
確認しておく 為です
I do above things to make sure if there is no interference in steering parts
and those around the upper cowl・・
色々なケースを 想定し、必要となるであろう 作業を 予測しておきます
Assume various cases and expect work that will be necessary to do.
シートカウルも 仮付け。 実際に取り付けてみると、部品やフレームの わずかな
変形、個体差が あって、きちんと 装着するのに、若干の調整が 必要である事が
わかりました
Also temporarily fit seat cowl. Fitting it, I found a slight adjustment was
necessary for placing it appropriately since a slight deformation and an
individual difference could be seen among the parts and the frame.
最後に、ステアリングロックが掛かる、ブラケット部を 加工し・・
Finally, I process a bracket for which a steering lock works・・
フレームに施す、全ての加工が 完了致しました・・
All the processes for the frame have been finished・・
いっやぁ～・・ ようやくフレーム、完成ですーっ！・・
ここ数か月間、ずっと忙しいせいも あって、いつもより時間が 掛かってしまいました・・
でもこれで、フレームを 粉黛塗装に出せます！ オランダＣＭＳ社の Ｍｉｋｅさんっ！
次回から 車体組み上げ編に入ります！ オートバイが 少しずつ 組み上がって行き
姿・形が 段々と見えて行く 工程ですから、どうか楽しみに されて下さいね～っ！
Well～・・Finally the frame was brought to completion!・・Since I was busy for
the past few months, it took me much time than usual・・But now, the
powder coating can be given to the frame! Mike at CMS of the Netherlands!
Next time, I will upload the blog written about bike assembly! Through the
process, you can see the motorbike assembled little by little, and see its
figures and forms, so please look forward to it～！
